This Agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as “Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) and

Bubbles Mobile Auto Detailing

(hereafter referred to as “Bubbles Mobile Auto Detailing,” “contractor,” “technician,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By using our service, you agree to the full terms of this agreement without modification. By using the services of Bubbles Mobile Auto Detailing, you hereby agree to the following terms:

Booking Terms & Conditions

Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other valuable items from their vehicle before any detailing. We cannot guarantee exact arrival times when accepting your booking. Our detailing times are estimates. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time. We reserve the right to use independent contractors and may change your assigned detailer without penalty. While we strive to arrive within the scheduled window, unexpected delays may occur and do not void our cancellation policy. We may collect debit or credit card information to secure your booking. Payments are securely processed. We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust bookings based on weather, equipment failure, or staffing. Bubbles Mobile Auto Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal property or the vehicle during the service. Ensure your vehicle is in a lawful, safe service area. We are not liable for dead/discharged batteries during or after service. Please check that lights are turned off post-service. All service requests are subject to verification and may be canceled at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not obligated to meet additional customer demands beyond what was originally booked. Verbal or physical abuse toward our team will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Communications

We will send confirmation and service updates via email and SMS. Your information (name, phone number, address, and vehicle info) will be stored in our system. We may contact you by phone for updates, satisfaction surveys, or cancellations. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

Service Terms & Conditions

We may ask where you heard about Bubbles Mobile Auto Detailing to evaluate our marketing. A valid debit or credit card may be required to secure recurring services. We reserve the right to charge the full booking fee if a vehicle is unavailable at the scheduled time and the service was not canceled in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.Failure to cancel within 72 hours results in forfeiture of your deposit. Same-day appointment cancellations also result in deposit loss. A 15% deposit fee is non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours of the appointment. Full payment may be charged for cancellations made on the day of the appointment. We may reschedule services due to staff availability, equipment issues, or weather conditions, without penalty. Failure to be present at the time and location of your appointment will result in a lost deposit.

Service Guarantee

If our technician clearly did not complete the booked package or the work is of poor quality, we will redo the portion of service or issue a partial refund. Do not attempt to clean or repair your vehicle before contacting us—doing so voids our service guarantee. If a redo appointment is refused, refunds are capped at 20% of the service cost. Failure to disclose significant issues (e.g., mold, bodily fluids, heavy stains, chemical spills) at booking voids the guarantee. Services beyond the original booking may be necessary. Refusing recommended services may void the guarantee. Only services booked and authorized by Bubbles Mobile Auto Detailing are guaranteed.Payment is due upon service completion. Refusal to pay voids the service guarantee. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of service. Photos of the issue must be emailed within 24 hours to: [email protected]

Feedback and Photos

We welcome your feedback—email us at [email protected] We reserve the right to use vehicle photos (without personal info) for marketing on our website and social media.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates have a 48-hour holding period before redemption. Can only be used once per vehicle per service. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.If service exceeds gift certificate value, the customer pays the difference. Additional surcharges may apply for pet hair, biological waste, larger vehicles, hazardous materials, etc. Gift certificates are non-refundable after 6 months of non-use.If outside our service area, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Changes

Bubbles Mobile Auto Detailing may modify this agreement at any time. Updates will be reflected here. Use of our services indicates understanding and acceptance of the current terms.

Agreement

I HAVE READ AND AGREE

to Bubbles Mobile Auto Detailing’s Terms and Conditions of Service. I understand that by booking online, by phone, or in person, I voluntarily waive the right to bring claims against Bubbles Mobile Auto Detailing and its affiliates for any damages or liabilities related to the service.
